Respiratory Resource Nurse (Part-time 0.2 FTE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our Outpatients team as a Respiratory Resource Nurse. The role is 0.2 FTE to be worked each Tuesday.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and experienced or who has a special interest in respiratory care, and a desire for the very best outcome for each of our patients. You will be supporting all age groups with a range of respiratory conditions and be involved in teaching other health professionals through both formal and informal learning opportunities.
The successful candidate will be supported and encouraged to further their education and knowledge in respiratory conditions.
Key criteria:
- Clinical expertise / experience in respiratory care
- Current NZ Registration and annual practicing certificate
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the client, community and other health professionals.
- Good time management and the ability to manage work in a planned and co-ordinated manner.
- Post-Graduate Nursing Qualification (or working towards)
- Current Driver Licence
